Erin Hoff, Founder & Lead TC, has over 14 years of real estate and transaction coordination experience. As a licensed REALTOR® since 2011, though not selling homes (yeah, don't worry, she's not competing with you), Erin is able to stay on top of changes to current forms and contract paperwork. Further, she regularly attends classes on the RPA and other required C.A.R. Forms and is well versed in the contracts we all work with.
Holding a real estate license gives Erin the necessary access to the tools and resources needed to be able to support the REALTORS® she works with and the staff that she trains. It also helps that she comes from a family with a long history in the California real estate business which only adds to her current knowledge base, having been exposed to it for so many more years than she's worked in it.
